Setting up Notifications

Setting up notifications for staff, customers, and admin.

By setting up and customizing your notifications, your staff and your customers will be in the know about all appointments. By default, GetBooking will send an email confirmation to you and your customer via email once the appointment is booked.

The options in the Notifications settings are to further customize these options and ensure your customers and staff are getting all the information they need to succeed.

1. In the Main dashboard find "Settings" in the lower-left corner of the screen, then select "Notifications".

2. From there, you can choose to setup text notification, add additional emails to receive alerts, and choose the time period they get issued. By default, these options will be turned to "OFF".

3. Once customization is complete, select "Save" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
